Pipeline Inspection & Condition Assessment

Pipe Cable Locator (PCL) is widely used to trace the alignment of underground utilities such as metallic pipe or cable by detecting the magnetic field around the lines. It is a necessary step to avoid damaging underground utilities, especially power cable and gas pipe which could lead to catastrophic consequences, before excavation work in order comply with the Electricity Ordinance (Cap. 406).
